This License Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets out the terms under which an individual or legal entity (the “User”) may use materials available through the IGWatcher web service (the “Service”).

1. License Granted

The Service administration grants the User a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and free-of-charge license to access, view, copy, and use content to which the User has a lawful right of access, solely through the functionality provided by the Service.

2. Access Only to Your Own Content

The User agrees to request and view through the Service only materials that the User personally published on a third-party platform, and confirms that the User will not access content belonging to third parties without their explicit permission.

3. Grant of Rights to the Administration

The User grants the Service administration, free of charge, unconditionally, worldwide, and for an unlimited term, a non-exclusive right to use any of the User’s photos, videos, or other materials obtained through the Service, including the rights to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works, and commercially exploit such materials in any form and on any media.

4. No Warranties

The Service and any information provided through it are offered “as is.” The administration makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or the accuracy of any data.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the administration be liable to the User or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or inability to use the Service, even if the administration has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination of Use and Content Removal Requests

If you believe your rights have been violated, please submit a request via the official support channels listed on the IGWatcher website. The administration will review and address substantiated requests within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Changes and Acceptance

The administration may amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Service after a new version is published, the User confirms full and unconditional acceptance of the updated terms. If the User does not agree with this Agreement, the User must immediately stop using the Service.
